Approach

We used Cloudera on Amazon AWS to deliver the solution, with built-in automation and security. With paramatec, the Clarus team were able to move quickly with a minimal need to maintain the environment. Instead, they focused on hiring thought-leaders and strategic analytic professionals to drive value from the data lake. Success metrics include availability and time. Our team implemented self-service analytics for a variety of stakeholders, delivered in the format of their preference in less than two months. The timeliness of data has also made a great impact to make key decision-making points.

Outcome/Transformation

By using our SaaS Data Lake, Clarus is able to keep up with their affiliates’ needs and operate optimally to offer more data, more analytics, and easier access. Now, affiliates see data from many sources in one dashboard and paramatec even trained stakeholders at different skill levels benefit from advanced analytics and data capabilities.
